Link Helpdesk System version 7.2.0.4 has been released on the 6th of February 2013. The following is a list of enhancements:

  1. Database performance improvements
  2. Chart views contains filters to view open calls by Category, Group, Product, User and Date
  3. New chart view to show the days to close calls by month for the last 12 months
  4. New “Outstanding calls” grid to show you which calls have not been attended to in how many days. Most number of days on top
  5. Improvements to call analysis, search and display
  6. Added sub-grid to call details to show cost analysis
  7. Improvements to knowledge base. Ability to search on call numbers in addition to any part of the call
  8. Improvements to Reports. Added more parameters including call cost and graphing
  9. Improved the maintenance of Case templates
  10. Improvements to alerts, formatting and browser compatibility
  11. Added a send alert button on call maintenance to send alert immediately to the person responsible and assigned to
  12. Improved call comment maintenance with HTML editor. Added spell check
  13. Improvements to HTML editor on all grids including browser rendering
  14. Added ability for user to edit profile and change password
  15. Added comments field to user profile to add important user information
  16. Improvements to Pivot analysis
  17. Improvements to process management
  18. Improved form consistency in the system maintenance section
