Summary: | Link Helpdesk System version 7.2.0.4 has been released on the 6th of February 2013. The following is a list of enhancements:
- Database performance improvements
- Chart views contains filters to view open calls by Category, Group, Product, User and Date
- New chart view to show the days to close calls by month for the last 12 months
- New “Outstanding calls” grid to show you which calls have not been attended to in how many days. Most number of days on top
- Improvements to call analysis, search and display
- Added sub-grid to call details to show cost analysis
- Improvements to knowledge base. Ability to search on call numbers in addition to any part of the call
