  4. Enable Vacancy Advertisement alert (Y/N)
Please add the rule description to state the purpose of the configuration, the users who will get the email and the templates used. Use rule description for "ESS.Alert.Leave.Enable" as an example.

This is to make the configuration consistent and provide more information.
