Subject: Add the ability for vacancies to end at a specific time
Summary:    

Customers are using the Link RM. They have advised that vacancies need to end at a specific time.

For example, the application for vacancy  " V001- Examiner"  ends at 4 pm on 28/06/2017.

Thus, the system should not accept any applications after 4 pm for vacancy V001.

Test Plan

 1 Create a vacancy with the due date as 31/03/2017 at 4 pm. Users should be able to apply for the vacancy at 4.01pm on RM. 
 2HR officer should be able to enter manual applications. There will be no cutoff

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Added time section to closing date of applications in "Vacancy Advertisement" menu
  2. Changed recruitment vacancy list to filter vacancies by closing date and time.
  3. Added upgrade script to convert all closing date of applications to have time as "23:59:59"

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test

STEP 1 - DETAILS OF QA can be entered in case comments. Summary to be maintained in the table below.

Case tested in QA1 with database LINKSOFT. Tested in 817 Beta 1

WORKFLOW:

  2. When the product is ready for release, System test details are entered into comments and the CASE HEADER Table updated.
  3. If system test passes, assign case to Consulting Manager for UAT
  4. If UAT Passes, Assign case for Documentation or close case
