Summary:    FTP Upload fails when the Application Configuration is different from the logged-in Database.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:12.0.0617

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Corrected the issue where the licence check was not using the SERVER Name and DATABASE Name entered by the user 

2. Affected Areas:

  1. FTP Upload

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. When the "Link Technologies - DatabaseUtility.exe.config"  DataConnectionString is different from the user Logged in Server and Database name, the FTP Upload fails with error code "Invalid Licence. Error Code: LR100"

Hi Sanjay,

The issue in the case header is not resolved.

  1. The database and server in the "Link Technologies - DatabaseUtility.exe.config" is as below:
    1. DB - "LinkSOFT"
    2. Server - Local
  2. I created a new database with a name as "LINKSOFT-DEMO-12-RASHNA" on the local server. I was unable to login to FTP.
    1. Error - Module: SYS Invalid Licence. Error Code LR100. I had requested the license from the portal.

Setup

  1. Database - LINKSOFT-DEMO-12-RASHNA
  2. Server - Qa4
