| The error is due to the database compactivity level being higher than 140. Can you set the database compactivity level to "SQL Server 2017 (140)"

| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version:12.43.0621 2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Changed the upgrade process to change the database compatibility level as follows:
- Change the level to 140. If it fails, attempt to change it to 130.
- When both attempts fail, we give a message to the user and exit the upgrade.
3. Affected Areas: - Upgrading databases on SQL Server 2019

| The following tests have been done in v12.43.0624 PART A - Used Gold Creek Cafe DB - Set the DB compatibility to SQL2012
- Set file and log size to increment by 10%
- Completed upgrade to 12.43.0624 ave verified the following:
- Compatibility is changed to SQL2017
- File size increment was changed to 100MB
- Event Log shows the change made
PART A - Used GFI Backup - Set the DB compatibility to SQL2019
- Set file and log size to increment by 2%
- Completed upgrade to 12.43.0624 ave verified the following:
- Compatibility is changed to SQL2017
- File size increment was changed to 100MB
- Event Log shows the change made
