Subject: Do not allow sale of item in POS at $0.00 selling price
Summary:
Bula Vinaka Team,

Currently the system allows the sale to be completed at $0.00 selling price. We need the system to prompt a message if the selling price is zero dollar.

There is high possibility that user may create new products and forget to fill in the selling price. When cashier's will load that product is POS, they can receive cash based on the amount they call out to the customer (as most customers don't look at the display screen rather ask the cashier of the total) and pocket the cash, while the system will record zero dollar sale. This will also decrease the stock quantity as sale will be completed in the system even though cash is zero.

In case of discounts given at 100% then approval access will come in if the setup is there and the receipt will show discount amount.

Regards
Vinesh
