Summary:    

"Employee Position History" and "Employee Promotion" reports have similar contents. This makes the "Employee Promotion" report redundant. Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2.

Review the contents and remove the "Employee Promotion" report.

    Steps

    1. Update the "Position Type"  for employee E004 on menu 421. Enter a comment when updating the position details.
    2. Save the changes and the comments are updated on the screen.
    3. Generate the report, comments are missing.
