Subject: Discrepancies with the "OHS Incident Listing" report
Summary:    

Please review below items for the report:

  1. There is a field labeled as "Branch" on the screen. Users select the branch for the witness here. This information is shown in the report with a label as "Location".
  2. There is a filter as"Branch" with filters the branch assigned to employee position. We are unable to filter the branch in 1 above.
  3. Write the full description of below fields
    1. Employee Status
    2. Compensation Amount
