Summary: | FRCA has introduced the following Legislative change in the Tax Table that needs to be implemented from August 2017. Below is the new TAX Table:
The below scenarios needs to be handled for all pay frequencies. The below scenario focuses on monthly:
Scenario 1: Monthly Employee paid $26000 Standard throughout the year. - Jan to July PAYE $95/Month.
- August to December $0
- No variance in the PAYE Report.
Scenario 2: Monthly:
Employee paid $50000 Standard throughout the year.- Jan to July PAYE $455/Month.
- August to December $ 300/ Month
- No variance in the PAYE Report.
Scenario 3: Monthly: Employee paid $290 000 Standard throughout the year.- Jan to July
- PAYE $4 455/Month.
- FJSRL $383.33
- August to December
- PAYE $4 300/ Month
- FJSRL $216.67
- ECAL $166.67
- No variance in the PAYE Report.

| The following changes needs to be made: (Alvis) - Tax setup needs to allow same Tax Code with different effective dates.
- Tax Calculation should use all tax codes based on the effective date.
Review Payroll reports and make a list of reports that would need to be made. (Vineet) Next meeting 2pm (or earlier) if Alvis can finish the effective date changes.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Added ECAL to Previous Employment record screen.
- Added "Is Tax Paycode" flag on "Pay code" screen. This flag is used by reports to sum the tax amount.
- Changed tax calculations to handle multiple effective dates for the same tax code.
