| Subject: | Partial Returns of Layby after Layby is fully paid is not submitted to VMS |
| Summary: | Issue: When a layby sales is partially returned after being fully completed, this is not submitted to VMS. Steps to reproduce: - Create a Layby sales for item 01083 of quantity 4 unit price $10 VIP each. Receive payment as $10
- Load and complete this layby sale receiving the pending payment amount.
- Now load this layby and return 2 of the 4 that was sold. Refer to Figure 1.1 below for partial returns format.
QA Environment: This was tested locally as we cannot configure VMS on QA environments. Note: The receipt printed is not in the FRCS format indicating it has not been passed through VMS. If you reload the same layby and fully complete, you will notice amount the remaining amount is passed through VMS. Figure 1.1

2. The issue was caused by: - Completed LayBy transactions have a status of "PRSD" instead of "CLOD"
