The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Added validation: pay bank date is required when submitting pay run for approval.

4. The issue was caused by: - Pay bank date is required for closing the pay. If the pay is approved without pay bank date, then the users would have to request for the pay to be rejected before they can enter a pay bank date.
