| Subject: | Public Holiday "Use Shift Hours" Failed |
| Summary: | Dear Sanjay, When the "Use Shift Hours" configuration is used in ESS, the system fails to function. Steps to Replicate: - Log in via user: ABC0001, pawd: 12
- Created a PH as: 27/02/2019 - TEST
- Enabled the PH process as:
- Imported time from 18/02/2019 - 28/02/2019 using the file "ApproveQA4.csv"
- The employee ABC0001 has a time before and after the scheduled PH date
- There is no entry created in the approval section in "Time Approvals"
Expected Results: After the PH process is executed successfully, there should a be Time Entry created with status as "Submitted" for employee ABC0001 for 8 hours and Activity as "Public Holiday Entitled".
Environment Details for New database: Server: 10.0.0.14
Database: LINKSOFT_NEW
