Subject: Mismatch with In Stock and Lot Bin details after Stock Take
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in QA1 with version 818.

Issue is with Replication 

  • HQ database - LINKSOFTHQ on QA1
  • Branch 1 database - LINKSOFTBRANCH1 on QA1
  • Branch 2 database - LINKSOFTBRANCH2 on QA4

Use example 

  • Item - STLB
  • Transfer Number - B1SK000002
Steps to Replicate
  1. Create stock for lot bin item at the branch.
  2. Current Instock = 100.
  3. Count entry= 90.
  4. Post Stocktake at the branch. 
  5. The branch correctly reflects in stock as 90 and the lot bin details are also 90.
  6. There is a mismatch at Head Office. See Figure 1 below.
  1. In stock is 90.
  2. Lot Bin details have counted as 97.
  3. Serial numbers that were removed as part of variance still exits.

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test

STEP 1 - DETAILS OF QA can be entered in case comments. Summary to be maintained in the table below.

  4. If UAT Passes, Assign case for Documentation or close case
