- The report generates in less than 30 seconds using the large test database
3. Affected Areas: - customer balance listing
4. The issue was caused by: - Improvement
5. Notes: - When running the report as at Today, we can use the values stored in the customer and order tables to calculate the balance aging
- However, when running the report on a different date, the system needs to compute these values and will take longer to for the report to generate.
