Subject: System prevents Licence to be activated if there is a single ' or double quote " in the company name
Summary:

Dear Team,

The system prevents Licence to be activated if there is a single ' or double quote " in the company name.

If this was encountered while testing a client database in QA1.

The name of the company is Lun'aeva Enterprises Limited, but when license was requested the following was received "Cannot access the licence server. Please check your internet connection and contact Link Technologies support. "

After we removed the single quote, the license was activated successfully.

Kindly take a look at this.

Regards Aarti Gayaneshwar
