Henry has finally come back to us with the below design. Please review and confirm if we can make the below changes:

Have tested the CEO page. Please can the default grouping be as shown below: 1 - Cost Centre, 2 – Employee. So that when CEO does the assessment, he goes by Cost center as per the current process.
