Our framework records actions and errors in the Notes section of the menu item.

The following two issues need to be corrected for menu items in menu group "Integration":

  1. When there is a failure in the Integration menu
  2. When a record is actioned with "Process Invalid Entries"

Seems like, during testing, the notes was deleted. THis is working as expected.
