Subject: Send Customer Fleet Statement and Customer Fleet Charges Directly to the Customer
Summary:    
Section A - Describe what the request/issue is about 
OTGL sends the Customer fleet statement, Customer Fleet Transaction listing, and sometimes customer fleet charges report directly to the Customer. For their convenience, they wish to schedule these to be automatically sent at the beginning of the new month. However, the report currently does not have the report email setup option as "PDF Attachment to each customer". It only has a Report Email Setup option as "PDF Attachment will be emailed to the user running the report"

Section C - Provide a Test plan - List out at least two scenarios that will be used to verify
  1. The below reports to have the email report option as "PDF Attachment to each customer" on Report Schedule:
    1. Customer fleet statement
    2. Customer Fleet Transaction listing
    3. Customer Fleet Charges
  2. When the report is emailed, it should be emailed to the customer email address similar to the Customer Statement Option.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:14.90

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Added new "Schedule Report" option for Customer Fleet Statement to allow "PDF Attachment to each Fleet Customer"
  2. Changed Customer Fleet report to handle individual Email capability
  3. Change report criteria to include POSCASH if this code is within the customer range selected. Previously we hardcoded this exclusion.
  4. Centralised Fleet Transaction listing code to make "Data Grid" and "Fleet Statement Report" data consistent

5. Other Relevant Notes

  1. The Report Schedule Subject does not handle input Parameters.  I noticed that Demo Data has a "{@CustomerCode}" parameter which will not be replaced.  The parameters need to be in the Body of the "Email Document Template".
