Subject: | Unable to create Roster. |
Summary: | Hi Sanjay, Please note that when we create a roster for a particular employees, we are getting an error as "existing shift overlaps...." Note: There are no existing rosters and no leave for this employee. The environment is setup in QA3 in LINKSOFT database. Steps to replicate: - Open Menu 331-8-1
- Select Roster as "001"
- Select Default ID as "DS"
- Select the Employee Range as E001 to E001.
- Click on Genrate.

| Hi Sanjeet, Can you look at this. I have checked the SQL trace and the procedure that checks for shift overlaps returns a 1. This indicates the record should be created. |
