Subject: VMWARE Network Adapter Connectivity Issues
Summary:    We found that intermitant network isues were caused by VMWARE tools setting. If you set the VM to automtically update TOOLS, VMWARE will try to install Tool. This causes the Host and the VM to loose its connectivity and also restart.

Maks sure VM Tools is set to manual Install so you have control over when the server restarts and when the nework adapters are disabled.
