Summary: | Alias names are configured in helpdesk to make the application adaptable to clients unique situations. We have applied these alias names in many areas, however, there are still some places that do not have the alias name applied. The first step is to go through the development environment and note the areas that need to have the alias name applied. Below is the list of alias names: Figure 1 - Configuration Alias names

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - All maintenance forms have been changed to use alias names
- All alerts have been changed to use alias names
- All menus have been changed to use alias names

Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): I changed Category.Alias.Name - from "Category -1" to "Department" - Maintenance form changed to "Department" - Pass
- Alert has "Department" displayed on the email received - Fail
- Menu name changed to "Department" - Pass
