Subject: Improvements to TNA Import Log Delete process
Summary:    

When deleting entries from menu "TNAImport Log", the system may timeout depending on the number of entries in the log.

To improve this process, do the following:

  1. When delete is initiated, flag the record to be deleted.
  2. Add this to a background process to delete the records.

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version:13.10.0831

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. When entries are deleted in "TNA Import Log", it is marked as "Queued To Delete".
  2. The background process "SYS001" processes this request and performs the delete.

3. Affected Areas:

  1. TNA Import Log -> Delete

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Improvement to the way delete is handled.
