Subject: | Improvement to "Shift Summary" report. |
Summary: | Hi Team, Users are facing difficulty in understanding data on the "Shift Summary Report". We need the following improvement Number | Description | 1 | Add Notes to the report to define the functionality of date filters. Date From - Is the date on which a shift was opened. Date to - Is the date on which a shift was closed. If a shift was opened on the 25/08/2017 and closed on 26/08/2017. This shift will not appear on the date range selection from 25/08/2017 to 25/08/2017 | 2 | If a shift is opened on a day and not closed, we should be able to generate the report for that date range. Example If a shift was opened on the 25/05/2017 and the shift is open. Details should appear when the report is generated with the date from 25/08/2017 to 25/08/2017. Currently, no record appears.
