Process a Cash|Credit Sales from a Quote

Summary:

LinkPOS allows users to convert a Quote into a Cash or Credit Sales.

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Login to POS

Step 2. Select Transaction Type as Quotation

Step 3. Select a Customer for the Quotation

Step 4. Scan the item or select the items for quotation

Step 5. Select Save button or press [F2]. System will display the following message:

Step 6. Select Yes button or Press [F2] to continue with a quote

Step 7. When the customer decides to purchase the item for which the quotation was provided, the cashier can use Load And Copy Feature to load the quotation transaction.

Step 8. Select the Transaction which you want to Copy, filter the retrieve transaction screen with the filters provided.

Load the docket to copy and select the appropriate Transaction type and proceed with the sale.
