    Bula Vinaka Sanjay,

    Thank you for the update.

Please be advised, this issue is being faced in Motibhai Company Limited and they have already upgraded three times this year (2019), thus, it may not be best to request for an upgrade.

Requesting if you can provide me with a patch for this solution. The current version of the client is v10.1.41

Looking forward to your usual assistance.

    Regards
    Aarti

Hi Aarti, Motibhai is not in the Pilot upgrade site list so we have not considered this when releasing updated. Sanjeet and Vineet decided to upgrade this without consulting us so it is difficult for us to manage at this point.

I will be having this discussion with them when I come to Suva on the 23rd, for now, the update will remain as an installation file.

Apologies for the inconvenience.  I will close this case for now.
