Subject: Review "User Licence" for "FMIS, HRM, POS and HEL" licence groups
Summary:

New databases have a licence used by "Admin" for "FMIS, HRM, POS and HEL" modules.

I disabled "All" access for FMS however, the licence count was not reduced.

It was found that the "Admin" user still has access to "Asset Management, Asset Maintenance, FMIS Debtors and FMIS Purchase". These menus are not present under "Role Menu Access" to disable access.

Hi Rashna, this issue has been addressed in 11.0.2. We are excluding root menu items in the access list. Can you test this in 11.0.2?
