Subject: Improvements to Document Template
Summary:    

The following changes are required for document templates:

  1. Add "IsSystem" to prevent users from changing template names. Template names are used by system processes for the user to identify the template.
  2. Add "ModuleCode" to filter templates for specific modules. E.g Helpdesk templates should not be seen in the FMS portal.
  3. Add "Email Subject"
  4. Data conversion
  5. Convert existing alerts to use these changes
  6. Convert document template lookups to filter by module

  1. Added Email Subject to the "Document Template" Maintenance Form
  2. Added READ ONLY to "Template Name" and "Module" for System related templates in the "Document Template" Maintenance Form
  3. Changed "ESS Time Report" to filter by "HRM" templates only
  4. Changed Helpdesk "New Case", "Comments" and "Call Templates" to filter "Helpdesk" templates only
  5. Changed Framework Template Lookup's to show all Templates
