Subject: Unable to Access the Panel Button and Incorrect Error Message is displayed - Menu 455.
Summary:    

Dear Sanjeet, 

Please be advised, when clicking on the Panel button in Menu 455, the user is unable to access that button as well as the error message displayed is incorrect.

Note: The User "Sanjay" is the administrator as well as has access to all the menus.

The environment is setup in QA3, in LINKSOFT database.

Steps to Replicate: 

  1. Open Menu 455.
  2. Load Vacancy "038.09.01"
  3. Click on the Panel Button.
  4. Error Message [attached image below]:

Hi Alvis,

Security menu  455-1 - Panel Score which is used to check access to Panel score is missing from Menu Acess screen. Please add that for security checking.

Hi Sanjeet,

I have given access to panel score. There is an error in script when loading the panel score.

Can you change the select query as shown below: (ESS tables were refactored and below is the script that should work.)

Added revised script. Also you need to apply security script from avlis to test this call.

Hi Team, 

I have tested the case in QA2, we can now successfully access the panel button with access to menu 455-1.

Panel scores are also accurately reflected.
