Please check why our 4 Linkportals always get disconnected after I signed in all the time. All 4 Linkportals do not stay connected.

Bula Team, 

We connected via Team Viewer and worked on the case.

We verified;

  • Processes and Process setup - ok
  • Licenses - ok 

We also identified that the  PC was pending an update. We advised the client to check for updates, clear cache data in the browser, and also restart the machine. 

We advised them to let us know if the issue still remains.

Hello Nathaniel,

Good afternoon,

I have done everything you asked me to do as you mentioned above, and unfortunately the problem is still there.

I still have to sign in the 4 LinkPortals every 10 mins, or 30 mins depending when I come back to my desk and check again.


The problem with this, we can't print invoices while the Linkportals are disconnected.
