Subject: Add "payrun id" and "pay date" to "taken" leave in "leave transaction" report
Summary:

We have scenarios where leave is created in year X but paid in year Y. This causes a  mismatch on the Leave History and Leave Transaction Report.

For Example, E030 applied AAL leave on 13/03/2014. Transaction ID HRL000100. This leave was marked as "TAKEN" in 2016.

When users generate the "Leave Transaction" report with dates as "01/01/2014' to "31/12/2014". Transaction ID HRL000100 with 8 as TAKEN leave is output on the report. Refer to Figure 1.

However, the "TAKEN" figure for 2014 is 0 on menu 444. Refer to Figure 2.

Improvement - Include "For Year" filter on the report to show the year in which the leave was TAKEN.

Test Plan

 Test NumberTest Description   Results
1 User should be able to generate the "Leave Transaction" report
2 "For Year" filter should output all leave adjustments, accruals, taken, brought and balance figures for the stated year.
3 All other filters on the report should generate correct data
4 Users should be able to export report.
5 Verify if the report notes is updated.
