Back-office attachments are stored in table LBS_Attachments.

Standard framework tables is LT_SYS_Attachments.

The following tasks are required:

  1. Refactor back-office attachments to use standard framework attachment tables.
  2. Data conversion to migrate LBS_Attachments to the standard framework
  3. Remove LBS_Attachments table

1. Refactor back-office attachments to use standard framework attachment tables.

The change will be available in version: 9.5

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Refactor back-office attachments to use standard framework attachment tables.
  2. Data conversion to migrate LBS_Attachments to the standard framework
  3. Remove LBS_Attachments table
  4. Refactored leave attachment to use the same ID and module when uploading data into attachments table. This ensures both Backoffice and ESS can view the same data.

    Pass. Filtered database table with attachment only result found was LT_SYS_Attachments

    3Validate that the attachments are actually stored in the DBPass. Did a select to validate. Refer to Figure 1.
