1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Added a copy button on the Case Header
  2. COPY is disabled when creating a new case

    1. You can change the case header and select COPY. The original case will not be changed and the COPIED case will be loaded.
