| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 10.1.3.9 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Added a copy button on the Case Header
- COPY is disabled when creating a new case
2. The issue was caused by: - New Feature request

- You can change the case header and select COPY. The original case will not be changed and the COPIED case will be loaded.
