Subject: Discrepancies with the "Pay Edit Report YTD"
Summary:    

The following issues have been noted.

  1. Generate the report in the demo database for a pay run. Group the report by "Territory", "Branch" and "Cost Centre". The branch description is not fully printed. It just prints "Head Office - Suva I" out of "Head Office - Suva Branch".
  2. The total "YTD Tax" for a branch is printed as # if the total exceeds 6 characters. For example, total tax 1405.92 is not printed.
  3. The "Gross Hours" is rounded to the nearest whole number while the "Total Gross" is not. This does not provide accuracy. Refer to Figure 1.

Hi Alvis, 

  1. Gross amount is not fully displayed in the report, For example, $15,833.33.
  2. Yearly gross is also not printed for employees whose pay is more then 100k

  1. Generate the report in the demo database for a pay run. Group the report by "Territory", "Branch" and "Cost Centre".  "Territory", "Branch" and "Cost Centre" description should be fully printed in the report. 
  2. Validate the "Gross" amounts are consistent under header and details.
  3. Gross amount of  $15,833.33 should be fully printed in the report.  
  4. Yearly gross more then 100k should be fully printed in the report.

4Test the report filters.Make the filter for "Group1 " consistent with "Group 2 and 3". Group 1 is a lookup filter while  "Group 2 and 3" are dropdowns.
