Subject: Changing the employee ID from 321 does not change the ID in the Timesheet tables.
Summary:    

Issue: Changing the employee ID from 321 does not change the ID in the Timesheet tables.

Steps

  1. Log into PAFCO database.
  2. Log into ESS with user Tomasi. Go to Timesheet. User is able to review the time for employee 0061 from 01/01/2017.
  3. Change the employee ID for the employee from 0061 to AB96. Change the ID from 321.
  4. Log into ESS with user Tomasi. Go to Timesheet. 
    1. The Employee ID is successfully changed.
    2. However, no records appear for the employee.
Diagnostic.
  1. The employee ID is not changed in the LT_ESS_TimesheetImport_Archive. ID is still 0061.

Next.

  1. Please validate the ID is successfully changed in the archive and staging tables when updated from 321.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed procedure for renaming employee id to include the following tables:
  1. LT_ESS_TimesheetImport_Archive
  2. LT_ESS_TimesheetImport_EmployeeMapping

  3. LT_ESS_TimesheetImport_Staging

  4. LT_ESS_UnionRateEmployees

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Change "employee id" procedure was missing the ESS timesheet tables
