Summary:    

In the prior versions, RM users had access to "My Application Status" report by default.

In version 11, users have do not have access. RM users are created with role  "REC-Applicant".

Hi Rashna,

Default access is removed for "Applicant" role as this application can be used for Helpdesk or Asset which does not have recruitment.

Access granted for Recruitment users is an administrator function which can be done during the implementation phase.
