Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case with version 8.3.2.0.

  • Database in QA4 - LINKSOFT.
  • Web-hosted in QA1

Issue

  1. When we schedule reports. Email is successfully sent as scheduled. However, once the email is sent, Event Log is updated with an error. Refer to Figures 1 and 2.

  • At 11.48am, a report was scheduled from "Business Intelligence -- Report Schedule"
  • At 11.52am, a report was emailed from "Business Intelligence -- Reports "
  • Both the emails were successfully sent.
  • However, there was an error in the email sent at 11.48am. See Figure 22

Hi Rashna, 

We have tested this on beta3 and not been able to reproduce the issue. Please test in beta3.
