Subject: Limit the maximum number of Active Employees per company
Summary:    

In a Payroll Bureau service setup, we need a way to limit a company from creating more than the allocated number of Employees.

We can add a new field in COMPANY Maintenance called "MaxAllowedActiveEmployeeCount" with a Default value of 0. When the number is > 0, we do not allow new employees to be activated.

  1. Added a new item to Company Maintenance named: MaxAllowedActiveEmployeeCount. Default = 0. 0 means no count check
