Cleaned up code for cost group. Will use Javascript in the next release.

Hi Alvis, I have removed page callbacks from Helpdesk to speed upt he process. can we do a profiler together and see what else we can improve?

Hi Sanjay,

There is a post back when selecting a template to load. This happens on Case Header and Comments tab. Can we have a look at this.
