| Subject: | GL file is not generating in demo database |
| Summary: | Dear Sanjay, Testing of the csv file has been performed in the demo database but the system did not output the file. Refer to steps below: - Created demo database in version 9.2.5.0.000
- Configured the following in ESS:
- Activated: GLJournalFile
- Enabled processes: ESS026 & SYS009
- Created MTM pay in Linksoft
- Updated Pay
- csv file did not output
Note: The pay was created at 11.42am, even after waiting for more than 6 hours, the status is still sitting on "READY". This was working fine in BETA 9.2.4.0.000. Environment Details: - QA: 4
- DB: LINKSOFT
- V: 9.2.5.0.000

| Hi Alvis, I have performed the following:
- Uninstalled Linksoft and LinkWeb
- Deleted the Link Technologies folder
- Installed Linksoft and LinkWeb
- Created a demo database in QA4
- Configured ESS:
- Activated: GLJournalFile
- Enabled processes: ESS026 & SYS009
- Created MTM pay in Linksoft
- Updated Pay
- csv file did not output
The status is still sitting on “READY”. Requesting if we can do GTM to take a look.
Environment Details: - Application: QA3
- DB: LINKSOFT
- DB Setup: QA4

| Hi Sanjay, As per the GTM session with Alvis, The GL Journal View is not completed for an updated pay, when the "EnableIntegrationScheduler" and "EnableReportEmailScheduler" are both enabled. In addition, the system gives an error in the event log. Refer to Figure 1. Setup Database - LINKSOFT ON QA4

| The issue was caused by the new licencing constraints. I have removed this for this version due to release urgency. The update will be in 926 |
