Default time for reports with date time option should be date from = 00.00 date to = 23.99 

This does need to be done in Link, Web Reports.

    System test completed.

    Verified the following:

    1. Opened the report "Inventory Promotional Price Setup for POS Location" in Link Reporter. Default date/time was 02/05/2018 00:00  and 02/05/2018 23:59
    2. Opened the report "Inventory Promotional Price Setup for POS Location" in POS Web. Default date/time was 02/05/2018 12:00AM  and 02/05/2018 11:59PM
    Both reporters showed the correct date and time.

    2Process a sale from 9: 21:29 am to 9:21:48 am. Generate the report with date filters as 03/05/2018 00:00 to 03/05/2018 23:59. This should output both sales.Pass
    3Process a sale from 9: 21:29 am to 10:02:15 am. Generate the report with date filters as 03/05/2018 00:00 to 03/05/2018 8:00. This should output 0 sales

    4Process a sale from 9: 21:29 am to 10:02:15 am. Generate the report with date filters as 03/05/2018 00:00 to 03/05/2018 9.30 This should output sales till 9.21am sales
