Summary:    
1. Problem Details

When a employee is created User account is created but "Enable Two Factor Authentication - Using Email" is not ticked which deactivates the user in the Cloud environment due to the Azure Policy

Steps to Replicate:

  1. Created a new employee: Test01
  2. Filled in the details for employee Test01
  3. User was created under User Maintenance
  4. When user was edited "Enable Two Factor Authentication - Using Email" is not ticked

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 14.70

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. When creating the Employee User, we now Enable Email 2FA if the employee has an email address

3. Affected Areas:

  1. Create a new employee
