Subject: Call Monitor should show calls not equal to CLOSED and display order should be based on Status, Priority, Category and Group
Summary:    

Helpdesk Call Monitor is showing all calls by default. This needs to be changed so that the calls shown are <> "Closed" as Closed calls need not be monitored.

The display order should be same as the Call List, which is "Status.DisplayOrder", Priority, Category and Group "Display Order" Value.

There is no need to display database filters as we already have column filters

The following changes have been made to call monitor:

  1. Removed database search filters
  2. Added a new procedure to extract call monitor cases named: LT_HEL_CallMonitor_Select
  3. Removed restriction by user as call monitor should not be user dependent
  4. Changed sort order to "Status, Priority, Category, Group" "Display Order" values followed by Call Number
  5. Moved REFRESH Lable to bottom of the page
