Subject: Reference Filter gives error on the Creditor GL Transaction Report.
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in  FMSPortal 813.

The Setup is in QA1 with Database - FMIS.

When generating the JIWA GL Transaction Report, if the user clicks on the "Reference" lookup  button, then the system prompts an error.

Tested report reference filter is now working.
