Subject: | Send Email Notification when tasks are created under Projects |
Summary: | Hi Sanjay, When we create a Task under Projects, no email notification is sent. Creating a task creates a normal call in Helpdesk. The details of the call/ task should be emailed to users on the case as notification. To solve Send email to user set as "Assigned To" when a Task is logged. This will allow the consultants to get notifications. |
