Subject: Send Email Notification when tasks are created under Projects
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

When we create a Task under Projects, no email notification is sent. Creating a task creates a normal call in Helpdesk. The details of the call/ task should be emailed to users on the case as notification.

To solve

Send email to user set as "Assigned To" when a Task is logged. This will allow the consultants to get notifications.

Hi Alvis, 

As per the discussion on the Development Group today.

Please add function to send alerts when a project case (Tasks of a project) is created. This to be done in 810.
