As discussed, please have a thought on the above request. This was just an observation today that the system is allowing us to enter the Bank date prior to the current pay period on the Pay Processing Screen. I think it should only allow the current pay period and POST. This can be seen as a security feature from our end to avoid unforeseen scenarios. Regards,

| PART A - Development work for this case has been completed. 1. The change will be available in version:13.12 2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information): - Added validation to ensure Pay Bank Date is in an OPEN Calendar Period
3. Affected Areas: - Create and Update Pay - Menu: "Payroll Processing ~> Pay Processing"
4. The issue was caused by: - Validation is required to prevent pay from being created in a closed period.
