Subject: Unable to Activate Sales Order with More than 2000 Lines
Summary:

We have come across an issue where Jiwa is unable to process Sales Orders having more that 2000 Lines. Jiwa gives out of Memory Error when trying to activate these sales orders This matter was reported by LunaEva and upon enquiring with Jiwa, they have advised us to move some lines to a separate Sales Order. I have verified this on client database and confirm that the Sales are for one day only. This can be verified using the LunaEva Database setup on QA4 for the below Sales Orders.

DB Detail:

LINOSFT DB Name: CLIENT-LUNAEVA-LINKSOFT
JIWA DB Name: CLIENT-LUNAEVA-JIWA

Sales Orders with Issue:

  • 0000019196
  • 0000019711
  • 0000020197
  • 0000023863

Vineet - even when I enabled a standard plugin to group the sales order journal in 7.00.175 I also get the out of memory issue.  I will be referring this onto the programming team to see if there is anything that can be done.  I'll update you when the team gets back to me.

Beth Blok commented:

Hi Vineet - the programming team had advised it is not possible to correct this in the current 32-bit application even in 7.00.175.  Only suggestion is to move some of the lines to another sales order and then process both.
