Hi Alvis

Please not the following:

  1. The messages displayed with red background is difficult to read. Can you use a lighter red, or white font color if you want to use a dark background. Refer to Figure 1 below.
  2. The details provided in the alert is not clear. No need to provide balance values as investigation will need to be done for each customer. Please show details as follow: Customer Name: {Customer Name (Customer Number)}. 
  3. Can you put the list of customers in a table form as we need to go through each one and correct.

Hi Rashna, the following changes has been made:

  1. Red background changed to LIGHT RED
  2. Aert content changed to show list of customers with incorrect balances
