Summary: | Hi Sanjay, The below was done. - We change the value for "ReportNameReceipt" in POSWeb to "Reports\POS-PS155-ReceiptA4".
- Loaded an item in POS and saved the transaction.
- When completing the sale, the receipt is not printed. Refer to Figure 1 for error.

| Hi Rashna, The configuration for reports is missing the extension ".rpt". Please change this in the configuration and try again. regards Alvis |

| Tested Case with report path as "Reports\POS-PS155-ReceiptA4.rpt". The receipt was successfully printed. This case is now closed. |
