Hi Team,

Requesting for assistance for downloading pay day manual reports.  It gave me the following error message. I went and changed and downloaded it again. It still says failed. Please find both screenshots attached.

We advised Joyce via Viber support group that after changing the paycode classification, regenerate the report. 

After doing so, Joyce confirmed that she was able to generate the report successfully.
