Subject: Help Documentation Cleanup
Summary:    

There are three menus in the "Documentation" Menu of the web framework which have incorrect data in them.

We have made the following changes to rectify the issue:

  1. Removed menu: HELP
  2. Removed menu: Help Documentation
  3. Added Menu: Tooltip (Previously known as "Help Documentation")

The menu Tooltip values are displayed on each menu based on the entries in the "Menu Tooltip" form
